Domestic Policy
Domestic Policy of the Democratic-Republican Party. Covers areas from checks and balances to empowering all Citizens to get involved.
The Democratic-Republican Party believes in Conserving the core values of The Democratic Republic. Those values being evident in the rights of all citizens. That every nation, member or Citizen, deserves a right to free speech, expression, assembly, trial, initiative, transparency, protest and to RolePlay freely.
Three Main Domestic Stances
Reform
Stands for making the Regional Government a vehicle for change that is ultimately representative of our citizens. Making more public votes, holding more hearings, and instilling accountability into our systems is a high priority of ours.
Accountability
Supports fighting corruption, harmful agendas, incompetency, and inefficiency in the Regional Government. Also, supports and champions the checks and balances in the Constitution. We believe that without these built in measures of accountability from all three branches of government we move towards a tyrannical form of government.​
RolePlay
Supports the independent administrating of the regional RolePlay, so that it is free from Regional Government interference. This will allow the RolePlay community to create the rules that fits them. We also hold that healthy communication between the RP, and the RG is key to ensure aspects of recruitment and necessity within the RP.
Empowering Citizens
Supports fighting for new nations within The Democratic Republic. The Party further supports a strong recruitment effort of new members, as well as their integration into the region. We believe in valuing experience, yet promoting new people and ideas to further the growth of our region. Seeks to empower all citizens within TDR that elect us in the regional government. We seek to be a champion for the citizens, and listen, represent, and fight for their interests.
